KB Design was founded in 2011 by Kiri Bermack.
Kiri Bermack began her career as a fine artist and started
designing light sculptures in 2001.

As a fine artist, Kiri has competed and
been selected to exhibit her work in
several juried art shows in New York City. In 1998,
1,000 artists competed in the
Pleiades Gallery exhibition and Kiri's clay sculpture
"Scars' was one of the 89 pieces selected by Juror,
Ivan Karp from O.K. Harris gallery.
In 2001 & 2003, Kiri's light sculptures
were exhibited at the Form & Function Shows
at the Denise Bibro Fine Art gallery. In 2005,
her postcard design was selected
at the "Wish You Were Here" exhibition
at the A.I.R. gallery. In 2009, one of Kiri's bicycle wheel
sculptures was selected by juror Daniel Ferris,
Director of the Stephen Haller Gallery,
for the "Small Works Show" at
Washington Square East Gallery
at New York University.
